Building Maintenance Requests

Providing excellent service is our primary goal. To that end, we have implemented a web based request system (Angus Anywhere) for tenant service requests. This online system allows for an efficient and reliable method of requesting services; and also provides tenants the ability to check the status of all requests. Out intent is to promptly and courteously respond to your needs and operate the building in a manner that exceeds your expectations.

Requests should be placed through the Angus request system website – http://www.angusanywhere.com

Requests can be placed for additional services you would like to receive, repairs, cleaning required, vendor access, large deliveries, HVAC concerns, trash removal, plumbing issues – anything & everything! Users have the ability to create requests for concerns within their own space, and also for common areas of the building. We ask for your assistance in notifying us of any situations or conditions that you feel require attention; this will allow us to attend to concerns in a timely manner. If you are not able to place a request via the website for any reason or in the case of an urgent situation, please contact the Management office at (203) 866.1220 or the security desk in the lobby during business hours. There is also an Angus Anywhere app to submit requests on the go!

When a service request is submitted through the online system, it will automatically be dispatched based on the type of request selected. The person that receives the request will then be able to accept the work order (to let the requestor know they have received the request), add notes, delay the work if parts, etc. are needed, forward the request to others as needed and complete the request once the requested service is finished. The requestor will receive email notifications to keep them up-to-date on their requests or check the progress on the website. The system is very user friendly and comes equipped with how-to guides and a quick introduction video to review how to efficiently navigate the site options and what is available.

Pre-set users are originally added to the Angus system to place requests, based upon the contacts provided on the Contact Form. These pre-set users will receive an email notification with their initial username/password; from there they will be able to add additional users as needed for your office.
