Emergencies

In the event of any emergency outside of regular business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday), please call the mangement office at (203) 866.1220 or toll free (855) 451.2660 and follow the emergency paging system prompts (Option 2) to contact a member of our management team. Please be as specific as possible and note the nature of the emergency in your message, including the building address and specific location in the building, as well as the name and telephone number of the person reporting the issue.  

The 187 Security Desk is available for assistance between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday and can be contacted at (203) 803.0701.
